The Village Group of Georgetown County, SC is comprised of community leaders, parents, elders and concerned citizens with one common interest: To improve our community and build a brighter future for our children. We recognize and treasure our volunteers. The Village Group provides a stepping-stone for our youth to move to a brighter future. Our belief is that if we care for our youth, they will give back to the community in the future. We encourage parents to be role models for their children and to encourage children to make smart decisions.

The Village Group is committed to inspiring and encouraging students to appreciate the value of being lifelong learners. We develop meaningful partnerships with individuals, public agencies and organizations in order to promote and achieve Youth Development, Literacy Enrichment, STEM-based education, Recreation Enhancements and Community Improvements.
