Established as a nonprofit in 2015, our organization was founded by Dr. Victor Archambeau, a local community physician in recovery from substance use disorder. Driven by a vision to enhance community support for the disease of addiction and extend recovery support services, he initiated small meetings across various community venues.  Dr. Arhcambeau, whom many refer to as “DOC” has led supporters to Connecticut for specialized training as Peer Support Specialists, aiming to offer individuals in recovery new career opportunities.
